Here's the specs:
10 inches long each.

100 percent cotton flannel (2 layers top core with mid weight bamboo fleece core sandwiches in between them), very thirsty material and anti bacterial! The triple layer top core is stacked on top of a double layer cotton flannel core. Making it a total of 5 layers per pad. These are Not waterproof pads. However they are a good medium flow pad for most women. If you have super heavy FLOW, please check out my unique quilted pads that you will not find elsewhere!

These are handmade products and there may be tiny imperfections but all pads are beautiful just the same~

These cloth pads are washable and reusable. They may have the same printed background print on the reverse side or it may be a solid color.

**Please note ALL pads and liners must be prepped to reach full absorbency. It is recommended to prep the pads by washing and drying at least 3 times before first use. These are all natural materials, which have natural oils in them that need to be washed out so that the pads can reach full absorbency. Full absorbency is reached after 8-10 washes with dry time in between each.****

My package got lost. Who is responsible for making it right? How do I go about getting my items I bought if they got delivered to the wrong address?

In the case of a lost, missing, stolen package. You must contact your local Post Office. HuggableEarth is not responsible for lost, missing or stolen packages. I put my love, hard work and materials into the items and ship them out with care. Once the package is in the hands of the postal workers, it is their responsibility to deliver the package. I only ship through usps, so look up your local usps phone number and call them. Chances are they have the package there, most people return packages that are not theirs to the P.O. The Post Office holds the packages for a certain number of days afterwords, waiting for the rightful owner of the package. If you need help filing a claim,please contact me and I can help you file a claim with the P.O.
