My package got lost. Who is responsible for making it right? How do I go about getting my items I bought if they got delivered to the wrong address?
In the case of a lost, missing, stolen package. You must contact your local Post Office. HuggableEarth is not responsible for lost, missing or stolen packages. I put my love, hard work and materials into the items and ship them out with care. Once the package is in the hands of the postal workers, it is their responsibility to deliver the package. I only ship through usps, so look up your local usps phone number and call them. Chances are they have the package there, most people return packages that are not theirs to the P.O. The Post Office holds the packages for a certain number of days afterwords, waiting for the rightful owner of the package. If you need help filing a claim,please contact me and I can help you file a claim with the P.O.

Soft, well-made and a great idea to reduce the use of non-recyclable products. With "eco-friendly" in mind, I cannot recommend due to the unnecessary use of plastic: the shipping package, the wrapping around the product, and even one of the inserted cards. Paper packaging would work just as well and would show serious intention in line with the name "Huggable Earth."
