Sari silk wrap closure to just simply tie around your book. Color is black!

This book has had the signatures stapled or sewn and then looped through a traveler's notebook style design. I have made it so all signatures are removable from this book, so when they're full you can totally refill your book with all new books if you desire to do so. There are four hand made SIGNATURES. A TOTAL OF 192 Pages, front and back. Lovely black material cover.

This sari silk tassel is made from Fair trade sari silk where people earn a fair wage to rip left over silk pieces into usable ribbon sized pieces and sew them neatly together end to end. The silk is 100% silk and absolutely stunning to look at! There is a tiny glass ball filled with pastel colored stars inside.

This journal Is 100% handmade in New York, USA. It is firm cover journal. Completely handmade journal took many hours to complete! Hope you love it!

This journal will be well packaged in a box and have bubble wrap (all reused, recycled or reusable of course!)

This journal is unique because a lot of the materials were saved from the land fill in making this book. The papers were from old books, So many vintage books from another time- its so cool to look through these pages guys! Digital pages were printed in an eco friendly way- using laser printing and recycled paper. Beautiful fabrics were found locally at my thrift store and from a local lady who was a maker & selling off her stuff to make room. All fabric ribbons were made from scrap fabric from my pads I sell, I end up with lots of tiny usable/brand new scrap fabrics and turn them into fabric ribbon.

This journal should NEVER ever BE PUT INTO THE WASHING MACHINE! It is fabric covered but it has a hard board inner core- like heavy weight cardboard, typically cereal boxes layered up. Spot clean if absolutely necessary.
